Banana Oat Smoothie Bombs

Description

OK blender still required but these bombs require no baking, minimal ingredients and are ready in no time to snack on! High protein, plant based and completely vegan friendly.

Ingredients

Crust

Smoothie

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.

  1. In a large bowl, mix crust ingredients until mixture becomes thick.

  1. Transfer mixture to pan as cookie base, pack down firmly.

  1. In a blender or food processor, mix together smoothie ingredients.

  1. Pour smoothie over crust.

  1. Place pan in freezer for about 20 minutes until firm!

  1. Use large sharp knife to cut into pieces.
