Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for any Karviva products. All refund and product replacement requests are reviewed and processed on an individual basis.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your received item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product(s), you must contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order at [email protected] and provide an explanation of why you are requesting a refund or exchange. Upon receipt of your inquiry, which must include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, we will evaluate your communication and determine in our sole discretion whether to approve the request for a refund or the request for a product exchange. Refunds will be refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your approved refund.
If Karviva approves a request for a product exchange, the item(s) must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt and the product must be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
