Banana Bread Smoothie Bars

These healthy no bake Banana Bread Bars are thick, chewy, satisfying and easy to whip up! The perfect snack, breakfast, or dessert using minimal ingredients and full of plant based goodness!

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a medium bowl combine mashed bananas, melted coconut oil and nut or seed butter.

In a large bowl whisk together blended oats (into flour) and protein powder.

Fold wet ingredients from medium bowl into the large bowl.

Slowly add in Prebiotic Superfood Smoothie until mixture is gooey yet still thick and dense to form.

Spread mixture into prepared pan.

Place in freezer for 15 minutes.

Take out bars and spread melted chocolate over.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Place back in freezer for at least 15 minutes.
