Easy Avocado Hummus with Karviva’s Avo-Keto Whole Plant Smoothie

RECIPE – EASY AVOCADO HUMMUS with Karviva’s Avo-Keto Whole Plant Smoothie

For the Hummus:

  • 2 cups chickpeas, cooked and drained
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt

For the Garnish (optional):

  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • handful of basil leaves
  • pinch of black pepper, coarse


Hummus Preparation

  1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, process all of the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

To store: Transfer to an air-tight container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
