Following the directions on the package but subtracting 1-2 minutes of cook time, cook the pasta to just slightly undercook. Submerge pasta in ice water to stop cooking. Drain and add into a large mixing bowl.

Add in the tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, olives, and mozzarella. Lightly toss to combine

In a separate bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing.
