  • 1 cup KARUNA’S SILKY OAT
  • ¼ cup sugar or zero-calorie sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup cranberries, fresh
  • ½ cup honeycrisp apples, diced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare two mini 8oz cocottes.

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the sugar with the dry ingredients (oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and sea salt).
  2. Once combined, add in KARUNA’S SILKY OAT and vanilla extract. Whisk together until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in the cranberries and apples, transfer mixture to cocottes, and bake for 18-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
