  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup KARUNA’s Rejuvenate
  • 1 stick butter, room temperature
  • ½ cup sugar or monk fruit sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 egg yolks
  • coconut oil for greasing
  • edible flower petals for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease twelve 2” ramekins with coconut oil.
  2. Sift the flour, baking powder, and sea salt into a large bowl. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat egg whites until they reach stiff peaks. Set aside.
  4. In a separate large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until well combined. Add in KARUNA’s Rejuvenate and the egg yolks and beat until smooth.
  5. In small increments, fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Once combined, fold in the egg whites until just mixed.
  6. Evenly divide the mixture between the twelve ramekins and bake for 10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Allow it to cool before removing cakes from the ramekins. Garnish with edible flowers and enjoy!
