Easy Avocado Hummus with Karuna’s Avo-Keto Whole Plant Smoothie

For the Hummus:
- 2 cups chickpeas, cooked and drained
- ¾ cup KARUNA’S AVO-KETO
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
For the Garnish (optional):
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- handful of basil leaves
- pinch of black pepper, coarse
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, process all of the ingredients until smooth.
To store: Transfer to an air-tight container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
