When my friend, and owner of Karuna, Angela Zeng, asked me to create a smoothie from her beverages, I was up for the challenge! I went through many renditions, but because her products are widely more nutrient dense than anything I have ever come across, I knew taking a simple approach was the best. Using her two synergy coffee blends, Turmeric and Coconut, Black Sesame and Coconut, I came up with this; and it is delicious!
