Spooky season is among us, and it’s National Chocolate Cupcake Day! To celebrate, we are enjoying these Halloween-themed chocolate fudge cupcakes! They’re super cute and incredibly easy to create, making it the perfect Halloween activity to do with the family!
Each bite is a heavenly bite of decadent deliciousness! It’s fudgy and has the scrumptious taste of a marshmallow. You wouldn’t even believe that these cupcakes are healthy and low-calorie! Enjoy!

Make The Cupcake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Double line a 12-cavity cupcake tray with cupcake liners.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, flaxseed, baking powder, sugar, and sea salt.

In a separate mixing bowl, add in KARUNA’S PROFIT, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well-combined.

While continuously whisking the dry mixture, slowly pour in the wet mixture and incorporate. Whisk until no clumps remain.

Equally divide the batter among the twelve cavities, tap the tray on the counter several times to release air-bubbles, and bake for 23-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center. Remove and let cool.
Make the Frosting

In a medium mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients for the frosting excluding the candy eyes. Whisk until well-combined.
