OK blender still required but these bombs require no baking, minimal ingredients and are ready in no time to snack on! High protein, plant based and completely vegan friendly.
Ingredients
Crust
1/2cup Oat Flour
1/4cup Nut Butter
2tbsp Coconut Oil
Smoothie
30g Protein Powder
1bottle Karviva Silky Oat Smoothie
1 Banana
3-4 Ice Cubes

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix crust ingredients until mixture becomes thick.

Transfer mixture to pan as cookie base, pack down firmly.

In a blender or food processor, mix together smoothie ingredients.

Pour smoothie over crust.

Place pan in freezer for about 20 minutes until firm!
