These healthy no bake Banana Bread Bars are thick, chewy, satisfying and easy to whip up! The perfect snack, breakfast, or dessert using minimal ingredients and full of plant based goodness!
Ingredients
3cup Oats
1/2cup Protein Powder
4 Bananas
1 Karviva Smoothie of Choice
1/2cup Nut or Seed Butter
1/4cup Coconut Oil
1/4cup Chocolate
Sea Salt
Instructions

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a medium bowl combine mashed bananas, melted coconut oil and nut or seed butter.

In a large bowl whisk together blended oats (into flour) and protein powder.

Fold wet ingredients from medium bowl into the large bowl.
