Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup Rejuvenate Whole Plant Juice
  • 1 organic orange, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ tablespoon orange zest
  • ½ cup frozen mangos
  • 1 small baby banana or ½ large banana, very ripe
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped (see notes)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped (see notes)
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all your ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. Smoothie will keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours and can be frozen for up to 7 days.

Notes

  • Joy D Whole Plant Juice would work great for this recipe as well!
  • If fresh ginger and fresh turmeric aren’t available you can omit it 1 or both or use ¼ teaspoon of powdered ginger and/or turmeric.
