Ingredients

- ½ cup Rejuvenate Whole Plant Juice
- 1 organic orange, peeled and sliced
- ¼ tablespoon orange zest
- ½ cup frozen mangos
- 1 small baby banana or ½ large banana, very ripe
- ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped (see notes)
- 1 teaspoon fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped (see notes)
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
Instructions
- Add all your ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
- Smoothie will keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours and can be frozen for up to 7 days.
Notes
- Joy D Whole Plant Juice would work great for this recipe as well!
- If fresh ginger and fresh turmeric aren’t available you can omit it 1 or both or use ¼ teaspoon of powdered ginger and/or turmeric.
