I used a @mykaruna prebiotic fibre and protein smoothie and just added some frozen banana and zucchini and a little cacao powder and it was good to go.
Oh and obviously had to top with @georgiagrinders almond butter and @purely_elizabeth walnut probiotic granola (no explanations needed there) But let’s get back to this Prebiotic smoothie. Did you know the prebiotics are a specialized plant fiber that beneficially nourishes the good bacteria already in the large bowel or colon. While probiotics introduce good bacteria into the gut, PREbiotics act as a fertilizer for the good bacteria that’s already there.
