Spooky season is among us, and it’s National Chocolate Cupcake Day! To celebrate, we are enjoying these Halloween-themed chocolate fudge cupcakes! They’re super cute and incredibly easy to create, making it the perfect Halloween activity to do with the family!
Each bite is a heavenly bite of decadent deliciousness! It’s fudgy and has the scrumptious taste of a marshmallow. You wouldn’t even believe that these cupcakes are healthy and low-calorie! Enjoy!
RECIPE – Halloween Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes Feat. Karviva’s Pro-Fit

Ingredients
For the Cupcake:
- ½ cup KARUNA’S PROFIT
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar or zero-calorie sweetener
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
For the Frosting:
- ½ cup KARUNA’S PROFIT
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup sugar or zero-calorie sweetener
- 24 candy eyes
Instructions
Make the cupcake
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Double line a 12-cavity cupcake tray with cupcake liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, flaxseed, baking powder, sugar, and sea salt.
- In a separate mixing bowl, add in KARUNA’S PROFIT, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well-combined.
- While continuously whisking the dry mixture, slowly pour in the wet mixture and incorporate. Whisk until no clumps remain.
- Equally divide the batter among the twelve cavities, tap the tray on the counter several times to release air-bubbles, and bake for 23-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center. Remove and let cool.
Make the frosting
- In a medium mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients for the frosting excluding the candy eyes. Whisk until well-combined.
Assemble
- Divide the frosting among the twelve cupcakes. Frost and top with the candy eyes. Enjoy!
