We have some amazing news! Karen is teaming up with Whole Foods Market and Yoga Buzz. That means, on June 22nd, 5% of net sales will be donated to help Yoga Buzz continue to share yoga as a tool for increasing wellbeing and resiliency. It also means starting the day off with FREE community YOGA at Whole Foods Market.
Join a favorite Yoga Buzz instructor at the store location of your choice for a rise and shine stretch to start the day off right! Classes will be offered at 7-7:45am at all three Whole Foods Market locations.
·        In the Central West End, park in the garage of our newest store at the corner of West Pine and Euclid. We will do yoga in Forest Park at the corner of West Pine and Kingshighway (3 minute walk).
·        In Town and Country, we will do yoga on the sidewalk directly in front of our store.
·        In Brentwood we will do yoga directly in front of our Galleria store, on the parking lot of Brentwood Square.
Once class has ended, we will make our way back to Whole Foods Market to get some shopping done, score some samples, and learn more about our friends at Yoga Buzz!
Funds raised through this special partnership will help Yoga Buzz launch the Living Yoga Studio–a permaculture inspired studio space in a greenhouse at EarthDance Organic Farm School that offers weekly community yoga classes at no cost. Read more on this project here.
Funds raised above and beyond the Living Yoga Studio project will help provide scholarships to support 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. This training gives Yoga Buzz the opportunity to educate and empower teachers and future teachers to use yoga as a tool for leadership and resiliency, prioritizing approaches that are trauma-informed and adaptive to meet the needs of diverse populations.
